I’m not going to let on to anyone that I’m dieting.
I always seem to jinx myself with doing that.

Do you think that it’s better to count calories, or just simply limit your diet and eat better?
Cause counting calories is one thing that turns me off from dieting.
I think I’m just going to start writing down everything I eat. Maybe buy a decent food journal this week.
